Are you ready to roll some burritos?
Being a Boloco Crew Member is hard work but it can also be a lot of fun. At Boloco, we like to laugh and we LOVE making our guests happy. It starts with a positive attitude – even one person who shows up without a can-do mindset can bring a whole team down with him. Being kind to others – those you work with and our guests – is an expectation that every team member at Boloco is expected to demonstrate. Without kindness, empathy, compassion towards others, especially when things get a bit stressful, creating a positive work environment is nearly impossible.

About Boloco
Boloco in Hanover is a fast casual restaurant in the heart of Hanover, NH - right next to the campus at Dartmouth College. We first opened here in February 2004. We are customer-obsessed, strive to constantly improve in all that we do and like it best when things are fast-paced (that’s a good sign we’re doing something right!)
Our menu is pretty simple - modern mexican burritos, bowls and quesadillas built in front of the guest. We also do a ton of catering so before our doors open we've often prepared dozens and sometimes hundreds of meals for guests.
We try hard to maintain a positive culture for our team members - often not easy. We are looking for experienced, full-time team members who can contribute to a positive atmosphere for our team and help us achieve our long-term vision where the business supports its employees who in turn support the business. Restaurants too often take from its employees more than give to them - and we've sadly been no exception to that. We are trying to change that - we have strong leadership in place at the restaurant and need a few good-hearted, hard-working, full-time peeps to join us.
Boloco is one of the few restaurants in the US that is a Certified B Corporation (benefit corporation).
We hope to meet you soon.
